SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments made on www.thelabeledition.com are secure. We accept the following cards, credit or debit: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept payments via bank transfer, check, cod or telephone.

RETURNS

To initiate a return or exchange please use the following link https://returns.itsrever.com/thelabeledition

You will receive all the corresponding instructions in order to process your return or exchange. Please note customers are responsible for shipping return costs. 

You can request a return or exchange for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note we do not take care of customs taxes generated in the process. 

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

The item(s) purchased on www.thelabeledition.com can be exchanged for any other item provided they are in perfect condition and there is stock availability.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
